2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Sitepilot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and timely payment of applicable fees, Sarvixo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, resell, or provide access to the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the website content and source URLs you submit for training. By submitting content you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have sufficient rights to the content and to grant Sitepilot a license to process it.
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • You will not use the Service to train chatbots on content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise abusive.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • You will not use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate spam or deceptive communications.

Sarvixo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Sitepilot (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant Sarvixo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, embed, and retrieve Your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service for your account. We will not use Your Content to train general-purpose AI models or share it with other customers.

6. Subscription, Payment & Refunds

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize Sarvixo to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle (monthly or as specified for lifetime plans). All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in a refund offer at the time of purchase. Sarvixo may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. Lifetime plans represent a one-time fee for continued access at the terms in effect at purchase.

7. AI Outputs Disclaimer

The Service uses large language models (LLMs) to generate responses based on Your Content. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Sitepilot responses are not professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise) and should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them and for any decisions made based on those outputs.

8. Service Provided “As Is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SARVIXO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SARVIXO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SARVIXO’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SARVIXO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard. Sarvixo may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections governing content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive any termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

Sarvixo may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the Service at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
